Out of Hours
The ‘Out of Hours’ care for our patients is provided by Anglian Medical Care. Telephone the usual surgery number or 01603 488488.

A Clinician from AMC will telephone you to give advice,arrange for you to visit a clinic or have a home visit, depending on the situation.

Home Visits
Please request visits only if it is really impossible to get to the Surgery. Requests for Home Visits should be made wherever possible between 9.00am and 10.30am.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the surgery to cancel your appointment.

Registration with the practice

registrationIf you wish to register with the practice you will need to complete a registration form and a medical questionnaire, this is because it can take a considerable time for us to receive your medical records. Both of these forms are available at reception.

Alternatively you may print off a registration form and medical questionnaire, fill it out and bring it in prior your first visit to the practice.

All new patients over the age of 5 will be asked to make an appointment with the nurse for a registration medical.
