The ‘Out of Hours’ care for our patients is provided by Anglian Medical Care. Telephone the usual surgery number or 01603 488488.

A Clinician from AMC will telephone you to give advice,arrange for you to visit a clinic or have a home visit, depending on the situation.

Home Visits
Please request visits only if it is really impossible to get to the Surgery. Requests for Home Visits should be made wherever possible between 9.00am and 10.30am.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the surgery to cancel your appointment.

Whooping cough cases increase

Our reception team provides a friendly efficient service and endeavours to provide prompt appointments to consult your GP or Nurse.

For urgent problems please telephone the surgery early in the morning and we will try to arrange for you to be seen the same day whenever possible

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.

Test Results

bloodsamples The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

Results of blood tests usually take 3-4 days, please telephone after 2pm for all test results.
